JMARK has earned decades of trust as a managed IT and intelligence partner in regulated, security-sensitive industries. They wanted to extend that trust into a new AI platform clients could use to work smarter with their own data. Early versions fell short - slow responses, no real footing for users, and no structured way to roll it out.
Solution
Midwestern partnered with JMARK over four months, from discovery to beta launch, to build JIVE - the JMARK Intelligent Virtual Environment. We rebuilt the AI layer for faster, more relevant responses, added tools to organize business data, a visual workflow builder for automation, and an admin experience to manage users and permissions. A guided onboarding flow got new users started fast, with security built in every step of the way.
