Terms & Conditions
CONTEST PERIOD: October 1st through October 31st, 2025.
By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.
ARTICLE I: ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To participate in this Contest ("Contest"), entrants must satisfy ALL of the following criteria:
1.1. Be a legally registered business entity.
1.2. Employ between one (1) and fifteen (15) full-time employees (FTE).
1.3. Operate primarily within the technology OR Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.
1.4. Complete official entry via the designated contest landing page at: https://form.typeform.com/to/tSHRUSM6
1.5. Be eighteen (18) years of age or older and authorized to enter binding agreements on behalf of the business entity.
ARTICLE II: GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE
One (1) winner shall receive the following services and deliverables ("Grand Prize"):
2.1 Website Development Services:
One (1) custom 5-page marketing website built on the Framer platform
Up to two (2) rounds of revisions included
Professional agency design and development labor provided at no charge
2.2 Branding Starter Kit:
Custom logo design
Professional color palette development
Typography and font selection
Bento grid design
Basic brand guidelines document
Pitch deck template
ARTICLE III: WINNER OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Hosting Costs: Winner is solely responsible for all website hosting costs following launch. Winner may engage Midwestern for hosting services at standard rates.
3.2. Domain Requirements: Winner must provide their own domain name. Midwestern can provide assistance with domain sourcing if needed.
3.3. Content & Feedback: Winner must provide all necessary content, assets, and timely feedback during project development within the timeframes specified by Midwestern.
3.4. Case Study Participation: By accepting the Grand Prize, Winner agrees to:
Participate in case study development
Allow filming and photography of project process
Grant Midwestern permission to use project materials for promotional purposes
3.5. Project Timeline: Winner must be available to begin project within thirty (30) days of winner announcement.
3.6. Forfeiture: Failure to comply with obligations may result in prize forfeiture without compensation.
ARTICLE IV: WINNER SELECTION
4.1. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that meet a minimum qualifying score as determined by Midwestern's evaluation criteria.
4.2. Selection date will be announced via contest landing page and email to all entrants.
4.3. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim prize.
ARTICLE V: RUNNER-UP BENEFITS
All eligible (eligibility based on business industry and employee number) non-winning participants shall receive ONE of the following:
5.1. Discount Option: 5-15% discount on any Midwestern Scoped project (valid for 90 days from contest end date).
ARTICLE VI: ENTRY PROCESS & COMMUNICATIONS
6.1. Entry must be completed via official contest landing page.
6.2. Limit one (1) entry per business entity.
6.3. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
ARTICLE VII: GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
7.2. Void where prohibited by law.
7.3. Midwestern reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.
7.4. Midwestern reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties or insufficient entries.
7.5. All decisions by Midwestern regarding the Contest are final and binding.
7.6. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
ARTICLE VIII: PRIVACY & DATA USE
8.1. Entry information will be used in accordance with Midwestern's Privacy Policy.
8.2. Participants consent to receiving contest-related and marketing communications from Midwestern.
8.3. Winner's name, company name, and likeness may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
ARTICLE IX: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. Midwestern and its affiliates are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or damages arising from participation in this Contest.
9.2. By entering, participants release Midwestern from any liability related to the Contest or prizes.
ARTICLE X: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Missouri.
10.2. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
